All orders are subject to review and acceptance by Teldon Media Group Inc. We expressly reserve the right to decline your order and return your payment. Our liability is limited to the replacement of an equivalent amount or type of product ordered. All orders submitted will be invoiced by McKesson Canada and a 7 digit SAP number must be provided to process the order.
All of our sales are final. We do make exceptions on product ordered online if it is received damage. Although we make every effort to ensure the product is packaged properly we have no control over damage that may take place in transit from manufacturing to the end consumer. Teldon is a provider of custom printing and related services. We value our partnership with customers, emphasizing long-term relationships and mutual trust. All products are designed and manufactured especially for you. With this in mind, our products are not returnable. However, we recognize there are times when errors are made and we will work with you to correct printing or manufacturing errors in an appropriate matter. Please contact Customer Service at 1-800-232-5727 if an error has been found with your order within 10 days of delivery.
